AIR FRYER POACHED EGGS

Preheat your air fryer
Set it to 350°F (175°C) and let it preheat for about 3 minutes.

Prepare the ramekins
Lightly grease each ramekin with non-stick spray or a touch of butter/oil.

Add water
Pour 1½ to 2 tablespoons of water into each ramekin. This helps create steam that gently poaches the egg.

Crack the eggs
Gently crack one egg into each ramekin. Try not to break the yolk!

Air fry
Place the ramekins into the air fryer basket and cook at 350°F (175°C) for 5–6 minutes for runny yolks or 7–8 minutes for firmer yolks.

Remove and serve
Use tongs to carefully take the ramekins out — they’ll be hot!
Let them sit for 30 seconds, then gently scoop out the poached eggs using a spoon.

Season and enjoy
Sprinkle with salt, pepper, or your favorite herbs.
Serve on buttered toast, avocado, or as part of a breakfast bowl.
