Avocado and smoked salmon mousse

1. Prepare the avocados

Cut the avocados in half and remove the pits. Using a spoon, scoop out the flesh and place it in a bowl.

Add lemon juice to prevent the avocado from turning brown and to add a touch of freshness.

2. Mix the cream and mustard.

Add the cream cheese and sour cream to the bowl with the avocado. Mix well using an immersion blender or a whisk until you obtain a smooth and creamy texture.

Stir in the mild mustard to add depth to the mousse.

3. Add the Smoked Salmon

Cut the smoked salmon into small pieces and gently fold it into the mousse. You can reserve a few pieces for decoration.
