BEST EASY SHEET PAN SCORED POTATOES
1️⃣ Prep the Potatoes
Wash the potatoes and cut them in half lengthwise.
Score each potato: make small criss-cross cuts on the flat side (do NOT cut all the way through).
This helps them get extra crispy and absorb flavor.
2️⃣ Make the Butter Garlic Mixture
In a bowl, mix together:
melted butter
olive oil
garlic
Parmesan
paprika
Italian seasoning
salt & pepper
3️⃣ Coat the Pan
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper OR grease it lightly.
Spread some Parmesan mixture on the pan where each potato half will sit.
4️⃣ Place Potatoes
Press each potato scored-side down onto the Parmesan mixture.
Brush the tops with remaining butter mixture.
5️⃣ Bake
Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 35–45 minutes,
until the bottoms are golden and crispy and the potatoes are soft inside.
6️⃣ Serve
Let them cool for 5 minutes.
Loosen gently with a spatula.
Sprinkle parsley and extra Parmesan if desired.
