No-Bake Chocolate Éclair Cake (American Style)

Ingredients

For the cream layer:

2 boxes (3.4 oz each) of instant vanilla pudding mix

3 cups (720 ml) of cold whole milk

1 tub (8 oz / 225 g) of whipped topping (Cool Whip), thawed

For the crust and layers:

1 box (about 14 oz / 400 g) of graham crackers (or digestive biscuits)

For the chocolate glaze:

1 cup (240 ml) of semi-sweet chocolate chips

1/2 cup (120 ml) of heavy cream

2 tablespoons (30 g) of butter

1 teaspoon (5 ml) of vanilla extract
